more looks like picasa has done a UI update. better but not yet there - it still stinks due to bandwidth updated 12 hours ago via twitter Web stuff updated yesterday. Vinukumar has 42 buddies.
First, a color (yellow or green) which indicates if a
Buddy Page is registered and confirmed by email (green) or if has been generated from the open web (yellow).
The second
part is a numerical score from 1-9 that is a fuzzy indicator of social connectedness and participation.
