8 Grade Promotion Party (Volunteers Needed) Promotion Party Help Needed. We are seeking a 7th grade parent to coordinate volunteer helpers, as well as dozens of volunteer helpers, for the 8th grade promotion party. This is a chance for 7th grade parents to find out what happens at the promotion party! The 7th parent volunteers will help 8th grade parents with food set-up and preparation on 6/12 from 5-8pm (6 volunteers), and chaperon the dance from 8-10:30 pm (in shifts). Please contact Janet Liu at janetliu@earthlink.net or Kathy Schroeder at kathyschroeder@gmail.com ASAP if you can help. The Promotion Party is held the last day of school, June 12. We really need your help. Thank you!
