Feb 12 2pm-6pm		20090212 20090212 WILL SIGNING DAY The STA Benefit Fund offers the opportunity to set up a simple will, Health Care Proxy, Living Will, and Power of Atty every year. Appts are every 15 minutes beginning at 2:00pm. Will Day is when the attys collect your information and bring it back to their office to type up the final version of your will. They will mail this version to your home for your review. Thereafter a WILL SIGNING DAY will be set up at the STA office on the same format as the Will Day. Your spouse, domestic partner MUST BE PRESENT FOR WILL SIGNING DAY at which time the wills will be finalized, signed, witnessed and notarized. If either of you are not able to attend, then that person can go to the Atty Office to finalize their document on Motor Pkwy in Hauppauge.
