New Feature: Date Picker

June 11th, 2009 by Nick

Got some school classes or meeting schedules that occur on a bunch of different dates that don’t fit a repeating pattern?  We have a new tool for you: the Date Picker.  Open the “Detailed Entry” form (near the One Box) and you can see we changed the way you select dates for an event, and added a new Date Picker option.

As always, let us know what you think!

Sweet! I’ve been wanting something like this for some time, just didn’t know how I wanted it to look. The tabs look really great too :-)

Btw, in Conkeror at least, picking some dates, and then clicking the Repeating tab and then back to Multi-Date, the picked dates are cleared… perhaps they should stay picked? (I guess I was sort of hoping that making a weekly event and then going to the Multi-Date tab would let me uncheck certain dates which would then turn into skip dates — but that’s rather complex hehe)

please please please please please tell me there’s some way to customize this and integrate it with WordPress. I would looove the ability to add events this easily to my website, and have each event be a new WordPress post. I would pay for this.
