30 Boxes is SXSW Web Awards FinalistFebruary 7th, 2007 by Narendra |
A bit of good news came in right around the one year anniversary. 30 Boxes has been named a Finalist at the 2007 SXSW Web Awards for the Experimental category. The category honors “cutting-edge and trend-setting destinations that are pushing the envelope and challenging our perceptions of the web.”
The whole company was already on the way to Austin in March to speak on three separate panels so this is a bonus! We are also co-sponsoring what should be a very cool party with Satisfaction and Rocketboom. The theme is 8-bit. If any of you are coming to SXSW, you definitely should attend. We’ll be twittering updates and details.
The last bit of news involves all of you. As a Finalist, we are also included in the People’s Choice Award and we need you to vote: early and often.
You are allowed and encouraged to vote EVERY day until March 2. If you want, add this reminder to your calendar!
Tell your friends. Blog it. Generally make some noise — it’s your Choice!
Vote every day for 30 Boxes for the 2007 SXSW People’s Choice Award

Done. And I just shared 30B with two friends today.
Loving the drag and drop, tagging, color coding, sharing and supermailing. I just started using to-dos again and it’s changing my life. I’ve got my homepage set to 30boxes.com/todos rather than my news reader, so I’ve been way more productive this week. :)
I hope you guys are making crazy money on this thing, it’s getting hard to remember what life was like without it.
