Tweaking AlongNovember 27th, 2006 by Narendra |
Here is a round up from the last 4 days. There is some pretty good stuff!
- irritating bug that prevented selecting or clicking when editing a to do item has been fixed
- power to do users can now right-click on any tag in your list and immediately select a second tag from the context menu (instant two dimensional filtering!)
- we have spruced and cleaned up our forums with more icons and a cleaner look
- the screen shift when loading settings has been eliminated
- meebo has fixed a bug and now thier new version works well on your webtop
- thanks to some encouragement from the very talented Scott Matthews, we’ve added Bitty Browser as a webtop option and also as an embeddable tool from settings > sharing > geeks
- arcane easter egg for to do items: if you type cleartags in an entry the default tags that you are viewing will not be added
- and I recently had some time to chat with Brendon Patubo — listen to his dorm’d podcast
that’s it!

Meebo still has an annoying bug where if you switch windows in the webtop all scrollbars reset to the top of the chat window. Can’t tell you when this was introduced as I’m a recent user, but this latest fix hasn’t cleared it up.
