First and foremost, we are planning a server move to get 30 Boxes onto its very own machine. We have taken a three-phase approach to our beta starting with a friends and family “pre” beta to get glaring issues out of the way. In late January we are moving into an “advanced” beta to give more users and some vocal bloggers a chance to try it out. Finally, if all goes well this month (fingers crossed) we will have a “wide” beta starting the first week of February. That essentially means live with lots of bug fixes happening on the fly.
